Chief Morris Antelope Sculpture
Location: Coeur d’Alene, Idaho
Verdis provided conceptual landscape architecture design and cost estimation for a small pocket park along the North Idaho Centennial Trail next to the Spokane River. The centerpiece of the park is a bronze sculpture of Chief Morris Antelope, an ancestor of the Coeur d’Alene Tribe. In addition to providing an enjoyable space for the public to rest along the Centennial Trail, the site provides an opportunity to display information on the history and culture of the tribe.
