Verdis was the prime contractor for the design-build contract, including upgrades and maintenance for North Idaho College, Department of Parks & Recreation, Department of Labor, Idaho State Police, Department of Lands, and Idaho Military Division. Tasks included replacement/upgrades to utilities, HVAC, electrical, roofing, site improvements, windows, doors, elevators, backup generators, restrooms, and sidewalks. The work included buildings critical to the operations of each agency and provided necessary upgrades in efficiency, building use, and occupancy.
