Verdis is the prime contractor for the design-build contract to develop a group campground, new staff housing, and renovation of the 100-year-old historic Mowry House on a 90-acre property on Lake Coeur d’Alene. The campground includes 17 camping stalls, bathroom/shower building, group shelter, and new onsite public water and wastewater systems. The new staff house consists of a duplex with two bedroom, one bathroom units. The historic home was renovated to meet current code and efficiency increases.
