Verdis was the prime contractor for the renovation of the USFS Smokejumper Loft in Missoula, MT, which was damaged in a fire in early 2024. The smoke and fire damage required demolition to the studs in the loft and in the office space on the first floor below the loft. Electrical, HVAC and fire alarm systems were replaced. The renovation included a new floor plan with additional workspaces and all finishes for a complete commercial workspace. The building remained open and employees worked in an adjacent office during the renovation.
