Ignite cda, Coeur d’Alene’s urban renewal agency, has selected Verdis as a qualifying provider of architecture and engineering services for the upcoming five-year period.
Verdis will be supported by Architects West, a multi-discipline design firm with a 53-year track record of successful design projects in the Pacific Northwest region and beyond.
The two firms have been involved in a number of projects in the Lake City, including the construction of the Coeur d’Alene Fire Department boathouse, the J.C. White House/Museum of North Idaho project, predevelopment of the old Atlas Mill site, and restoration of the Northern Pacific Railroad Depot on 3rd Street.
“Verdis has completed projects in over 14 states, but Coeur d’Alene is our home,” said Verdis President Sandy Young. “We welcome the opportunity to continue serving the City of Coeur d’Alene under this contract.”
