Verdis was the prime contractor for the design/build effort to replace and expand the Chatcolet Marina and parking lot at Heyburn State Park for the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. The project scope includes a state of the art 164-slip marina with fueling and sanitary services, a 1,064-foot-long, 8-foot-wide community-accessible breakwater, new boat launch, parking lot, general store and public promenade.
