Verdis completed the design-build renovation of this registered historic building for Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation. The renovation included architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil design. Construction included replacement of the HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, fire alarm system, ADA accessibility, windows, flooring, bathroom, kitchen, and floor plan reconfiguration.
