Sam Bice grew up all around the world, making stops in the Phillipines, Singapore and Kenya before his family moved backed to the States and settled in Seattle. Sam began his career in California working in the marine construction industry with projects spanning from Southern California up to the Aleutian Chain of Alaska. Leaving behind the marine construction industry, Sam joined the more traditional design/build vertical construction industry when he moved his family to Denver and then Texas. Sam moved to Coeur d’Alene in 2022. He is married with two young children who love anything that takes them out of the house and into a sense of adventure. Sam’s technical background spans marine construction experience including dive work, marine transportation, heavy-lifts, environmental remediation, and marine infrastructure. He has additional experience in the design/build market managing sub-contractors across all trades, as well as traditional civil earthwork/sitework.
